CONTRIBUTION TABLE
Property
donated and accepted for stewardship by Rondout-Esopus Land Conservancy
requires monitoring by approved members of the conservancy. In order
to meet the costs of maintaining and enforcing (if necessary) the integrity
of the easement agreements, the grantor of each easement is requested
to contribute a one-time tax-deductible sum to RELC, which will be distributed to a Stewardship
Fund and Legal Defense Fund. The grantor's contribution shall coincide
with the completed signing of the easement agreement.
The guidelines
for contributions are determined primarily by size of acreage and number
of dwelling or proposed dwellings as provided for in the RELC easement
agreement.
